Despedida Maaike y Ale
Farewell Ale and Maaike! We had one last dinner (gnocchi with pesto) with Maaike and Ale at our place before their big move. Laura also came to see them off. Joining them in their move will be Sophie the giraffe, sure to be a favorite of the future member of their family :-)

At just six months, she's getting places! No more leaving her by herself for even a minute. While she's not truly crawling yet, she pulls herself forward with her forearms.

Marina before trying out daycare
We're not that excited about it, but Marina's headed to daycare tomorrow for a few hours each day this week before Gina goes back to work next week. We'll see how she does... hopefully she doesn't hate it.

Ciao Bella
You normally don't need much excuse to go out to pizza, especially at Ciao Bella, but ever since Marina's been going to sleep before dinner-time, we've found it a bit difficult to go out to dinner. This time, we thought we'd take advantage of jet lag to go out with Marina and all (well... most) of our friends. Ale, Maaike, Greta and Ogo accompanied us. It was perhaps the last time we'd all be together since Maaike and Ale are moving to the Netherlends in about a week :(
